About The Position

KRE Security LLC is hiring Unarmed Security Officers for flexible assignments throughout the Allentown and Lehigh County area. We offer assignments that fit a variety of schedules, including school security, summer camp security, and commercial locations. You choose the assignments that work with your availability. We are committed to reliable staffing, clear expectations, consistent communication, and professional service.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must complete required in person orientation before assignment

Nice To Haves

• Prior security, military, law enforcement, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable attendance when accepting assignments

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible and professional security presence
• Monitor entrances, hallways, common areas, and designated post locations
• Help maintain a safe and secure environment
• Respond appropriately to incidents, safety concerns, and emergencies
• Complete daily activity reports and required documentation
• Follow site policies, procedures, and post orders
• Communicate professionally with staff, supervisors, clients, and other personnel
• Report unusual or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel
