About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer to monitor security systems and identify threats before they escalate. The role is based at a site in Columbia, Tennessee, and follows a full-time schedule of 5 p.m. to 5 a.m. The position involves observing security screens, documenting incidents, responding to potential threats, conducting patrols, controlling access, and helping protect people and property. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on passing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver license and a clean Motor Vehicle Report.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must pass an extensive screening process, as well as a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
• Strong report-writing skills.
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Strong proficiency with technology.
• Must have a state license if required.

Responsibilities
