About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer to monitor security systems and identify threats before they escalate. The role may be based in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses, with site locations in Kenosha, Pleasant Prairie, and Sturtevant, Wisconsin. Various schedules are available. The position offers an hourly wage of $15 to $22, a comprehensive benefits package, a uniform at no cost, and career growth opportunities. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Have a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
