About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer to monitor security systems and identify threats before they escalate. The role involves observing screens with sharp attention to detail in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. The position is located in Clinton, Iowa, and follows a full-time rotating schedule: Week 1 is Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday; Week 2 is Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. All shifts are 1st shift, from 4 a.m. to 4 p.m. The hourly wage is $18.91. DailyPay is available to GardaWorld employees, and a uniform is provided at no cost. GardaWorld also offers career growth opportunities. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be available to work holidays.
• Be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa security license; GardaWorld will pay for the license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
