About The Position

St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is seeking dependable and professional Unarmed Security Officers for a manufacturing facility in Waverly, Nebraska. The role is suited to an experienced security professional who takes pride in maintaining a safe, secure, and professional environment. Previous security experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or packaging facility is strongly preferred. Positions are available part-time and full-time, across all days and shifts, including weekends. Travel is not required.

Requirements

• Previous security experience is required.
• Strong communication, observation, and customer service skills.
• Dependable and professional.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends.
• High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor facility access and help maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Conduct routine security patrols and monitor facility activity.
• Observe, identify, and report suspicious activity or security concerns.
• Respond to incidents and follow established site procedures.
• Maintain accurate daily activity and incident reports.
• Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and management.
• Follow all security protocols and assigned post orders.
