About The Position

St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is seeking a reliable and professional Unarmed Security Officer for a large industrial processing facility in Marshall, Missouri. The role focuses on maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. The position is part-time and on-call, with work as needed, including Friday and Saturday from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. The pay rate is $16.50 per hour. Relocation and travel are not required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass a background screening.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and perform patrols as required.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Ability to remain alert and professional during long shifts.
• Dependable and punctual, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Previous security experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor facility entrances, exits, and surrounding areas.
• Conduct routine patrols to ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Observe and report suspicious activities, safety concerns, and violations.
• Provide customer service to employees and authorized visitors.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident documentation.
• Follow company security procedures and post orders.
