About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer to monitor security systems and identify threats before they escalate. The role involves observing screens in settings such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses, while helping protect people and property. The position is located in Franklin, Tennessee, and is full-time, with a schedule of Thursday through Saturday and Monday through Tuesday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The hourly wage is $17.00. Uniforms are provided at no cost, and career growth opportunities are available.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have a clean motor vehicle report.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a state license if required.

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
