About The Position
The Ultrasound Technologist joins MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital’s Imaging/Radiology team and performs diagnostic and therapeutic ultrasound procedures requiring independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative. The technologist works collaboratively with the team to provide comprehensive and compassionate imaging care for patients. This position is listed at 0.9 FTE, with a night shift schedule of Friday through Sunday, 7:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The posting advertises a $20,000 sign-on bonus with a 24-month commitment.
Requirements
- Graduate from, or be eligible to graduate within six months from, a formal ultrasound technology training program.
- Be registered or registry eligible with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or Cardiovascular Credentialing International.
- If registry is pending, complete the appropriate registration within 12 months from the date of employment.
- Hold current BLS certification.

- Previous experience as an Ultrasonographer.
