About The Position
The Ultrasound Technologist joins MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital’s Imaging/Radiology team and performs diagnostic and therapeutic ultrasound procedures requiring independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative. The technologist works collaboratively with the team to provide comprehensive, compassionate imaging care to patients. This is a 1.0 FTE position scheduled for 40 hours per week on the evening shift. The role includes a $20,000 sign-on bonus with a 24-month commitment.
Requirements
- Graduate of, or eligible to graduate within six months from, a formal ultrasound technology training program.
- Registered or registry eligible with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or Cardiovascular Credentialing International.
- If registry is pending, complete the appropriate registration within 12 months of employment.
- Current BLS certification required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as an Ultrasonographer is preferred.
