About The Position
The Ultrasound Technician demonstrates competency in performing ultrasound exams and produces technical and diagnostic scans for interpretation. The role includes positioning patients and equipment, producing appropriate recordings, and processing and transmitting images to PACS.
Requirements
- RDMS (ARDMS) or S (ARRT) certification in at least one body or region within 18 months of hire and maintained thereafter.
- Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program, or hold current certification identified above and graduate within 90 days of hire.
- Current BCLS certificate upon hire, maintained thereafter.
- Proficient computer skills.

- Previous experience preferred.
