As we continue to expand our global footprint, we have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled UKG Configuration Analyst to join our innovative and dynamic team. As a UKG Configuration Analyst, you are responsible for operating alongside a client team with trust concerns from a prior flawed design, having Strong documentation discipline — design specs, test scripts, UAT tracking and ability to coordinate across a shared build with other configuration analysts without rule conflicts or duplicated logic.

Requirements

• Healthcare or 24/7 shift-based environment experience (hospital or comparably regulated shift industry).
• Demonstrated experience diagnosing and remediating existing configurations, not only net-new builds.
• Working knowledge of FLSA, state wage-and-hour rules, and multi-differential pay structures.
• Experience with self-scheduling, shift bidding, or float pool functionality within Advanced Scheduling.
• 3–5+ years hands-on UKG Pro WFM (Kronos/Dimensions) configuration in Pay Rules, Accruals, and Advanced Scheduling.
• Prior UKG implementation experience specifically within a hospital or health system client.
• Union / CBA rule configuration experience.
• Exposure to WFM-to-payroll integration points and interface troubleshooting.
• UKG certification — Pro WFM configuration or implementation track.
