About The Position
HDR is seeking individuals interested in pursuing a career in its employee-owned, collaborative culture. The company aims to provide training, mentoring, and workloads that help professionals become fully competent service providers. Team members are encouraged to develop technical expertise and consulting skills, including managing budgets and schedules, communicating with clients, marketing and business development, and presenting to different audiences. HDR offers more than 40 in-house training programs and supports employees in pursuing different career paths within the company. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- An attitude and commitment to actively participating in HDR’s employee-owned culture.
