About The Position

Candidates can attend the career fair at Bethel Ridge Apartments on November 5 or 6, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, to meet the team and interview; on-the-spot offers may be made. Requirements

Roaming Maintenance Technician: Reliable transportation is required.
Carpenter / Finish Carpenter: Ability to read measurements and work independently.

Nice To Haves

Roaming Maintenance Technician: Strong troubleshooting and HVAC experience preferred.
Maintenance Technician I & II: Experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC is a plus.

Carpenter / Finish Carpenter: Experience with drywall, doors, flooring, and remodeling preferred.
Irrigation Technician: Experience with irrigation systems and outdoor maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

Roaming Maintenance Technician: Travel between multiple properties to complete work orders and repairs.
Maintenance Technician I & II: Perform general maintenance, repairs, and unit turns; help ensure property safety and curb appeal.
Housekeeper: Maintain cleanliness of common areas and vacant units and support the make-ready process.
Property Manager: Oversee daily operations of apartment communities, including leasing, resident relations, and financial performance.
Concrete Finisher: Pour, level, smooth, and finish concrete surfaces, including work on sidewalks, foundations, and concrete repairs.
Carpenter / Finish Carpenter: Perform framing, trim work, cabinetry, and general carpentry repairs.
Irrigation Technician: Install, maintain, and repair irrigation and sprinkler systems; troubleshoot leaks, valves, controllers, and water flow issues.
Lawn Care Technician: Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and general landscaping; operate lawn care equipment and maintain property grounds.
Maintain properties that are clean, attractive, safe, and well-maintained.
