About The Position
Fairway Management is actively hiring for multiple positions across our growing portfolio in the Columbia area! Meet our team in person and get hired on the spot. The career fair will be held on November 5th and 6th from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Bethel Ridge Apartments, 3711 Santiago Drive, Columbia, MO 65203. Attendees should bring an updated resume, dress professionally, and be ready to interview. Several roles are available, including Roaming Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Technician I & II, Housekeeper, Property Manager, Concrete Finisher, Carpenter / Finish Carpenter, Irrigation Technician, and Lawn Care Technician. Requirements

- Experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC a plus
- Attention to detail is key
- Experience in affordable housing preferred
- Experience with sidewalks, foundations, and concrete repairs
- Ability to operate concrete finishing tools and equipment
- Experience with drywall, doors, flooring, and remodeling preferred
- Ability to read measurements and work independently
- Experience with irrigation systems and outdoor maintenance preferred
- Operate lawn care equipment and maintain property grounds
Nice To Haves
- Strong troubleshooting and HVAC experience preferred
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC a plus

Responsibilities
- Travel between multiple properties to complete work orders and repairs
- Perform general maintenance, repairs, and unit turns
- Ensure property safety and curb appeal
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and vacant units
- Support make-ready process
- Oversee daily operations of apartment communities
- Manage leasing, resident relations, and financial performance
- Pour, level, smooth, and finish concrete surfaces
- Perform framing, trim work, cabinetry, and general carpentry repairs
- Install, maintain, and repair irrigation and sprinkler systems
- Troubleshoot leaks, valves, controllers, and water flow issues
- Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and general landscaping
- Operate lawn care equipment and maintain property grounds
