About The Position
Particle Measuring Systems (PMS) creates cleanroom contamination-monitoring technology used to support fact-based decisions, improve process yields, and meet changing regulatory requirements. The company offers internship and full-time employment opportunities to students and new graduates interested in a range of engineering and technical career fields. PMS is headquartered in Boulder, Colorado, and planned to move to a new headquarters in Niwot, Colorado, in 2025. The company determines compensation using local, national, and industry-specific survey data for the Boulder area, along with external market equity, internal budgets, and pay rates for employees in comparable positions. For new hires, offers are generally made between the minimum and approximately the midpoint of the applicable range. Offers above the midpoint may be considered based on experience, education, specialized knowledge and skills, market rates, and internal compensation.
