About The Position
HDR is seeking individuals interested in pursuing a career in its employee-owned, collaborative culture. The company encourages new graduates to help lead HDR into the future and aims to provide training, mentoring, and appropriate workloads to develop professionals into competent service providers. Employees are encouraged to build technical expertise and learn consulting skills, including budget and schedule management, client communication, marketing and business development, and presenting to varied audiences. HDR offers more than 40 in-house training programs and supports employees in developing professionally and pursuing different career paths within the company. Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
