About The Position

The Learning Experience of Palm Coast is seeking an energetic, nurturing Two Year Old Teacher to support young children during important developmental stages. The teacher creates an engaging classroom where children build independence, curiosity, and confidence through play-based learning and hands-on activities. The role uses The Learning Experience’s proprietary L.E.A.P.® Curriculum and supports children’s development under the care of a nurturing team. This is a full-time position in Palm Coast, Florida, paying $16.50–$19.50 per hour based on education and experience. The franchise is independently owned and operated; applications and hiring decisions are handled by the franchisee.

Requirements

At least 6 months of professional childcare experience.
High school diploma or GED.
CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain certification.
Meet Florida childcare licensing requirements.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of professional childcare experience preferred.
CDA, associate degree, or higher degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.

Responsibilities

Create a warm, engaging, developmentally appropriate classroom for two-year-old children.
Implement The Learning Experience’s proprietary L.E.A.P.® Curriculum to encourage exploration, movement, and creativity.
Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth through structured and free play.
Communicate openly with families by providing daily updates and sharing milestone achievements.
Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and well-being of every child in the teacher’s care.
