About The Position

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate and dedicated Two Year Old Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, positive, and engaging learning environment for two-year-old children. The teacher helps children learn, play, grow, and thrive, supporting their academic and emotional development. The teacher implements the proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum and uses engaging characters, classroom materials, technology, and resources to make learning fun. The role involves building relationships with families and colleagues and regularly communicating with parents about children's activities and achievements, including through mobile apps and personal discussions. Applicable state licensing requirements apply. This franchise is independently owned and operated. Applications go directly to the franchisee, which makes all hiring decisions.

Requirements

Six months of professional teaching experience is required; one year is preferred.
A high school diploma or GED is required.
A Child Development Associate (CDA), or a higher qualification in early childhood education or a related degree, is preferred.
Meet applicable state licensing requirements for the role.
