About The Position

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate and dedicated Two Year Old Teacher to create a positive, safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for preschool children. The teacher will help children learn, play, grow, and thrive, supporting their academic and emotional development. The role involves implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum with engaging characters and resources, and building strong relationships with families and colleagues so learning and play happen seamlessly. Teachers communicate regularly with parents about children’s activities and achievements, including through mobile apps and personal discussions. Applicable state licensing requirements apply. The center offers state-of-the-art classrooms with technology, materials, and resources, along with ongoing training, professional development, tuition assistance or reimbursement, and leadership pathways. Requirements

At least six months of professional teaching experience is required.
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Meet applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

Nice To Haves

One year of professional teaching experience.
A Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or higher in early childhood education (ECE) or a related degree.
