About The Position

The Learning Experience of Palm Coast is seeking an energetic and nurturing Two Year Old Teacher to support children through important developmental stages. The teacher helps children build independence, curiosity, and confidence through play-based learning and hands-on activities. The role involves creating a warm, engaging, developmentally appropriate classroom for two-year-old children and implementing The Learning Experience’s proprietary L.E.A.P.® Curriculum, which encourages exploration, movement, and creativity. The teacher supports children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth through structured and free play, communicates with families about daily updates and milestones, and ensures children’s safety, cleanliness, and well-being. This is a full-time position at The Learning Experience in Palm Coast, Florida. Pay is $16.50–$19.50 per hour, based on education and experience.

Requirements

At least 6 months of professional childcare experience.
A high school diploma or GED is required.
CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain certification.
Must meet Florida childcare licensing requirements.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of professional childcare experience.
A CDA, associate degree, or higher degree in Early Childhood Education.
