About The Position

The Turndown Attendant prepares guest rooms for a restful stay by providing evening turndown service, tidying spaces, refreshing bathrooms, and replenishing amenities. The role maintains clean, organized, welcoming guest environments while respecting guest privacy and belongings, and ensures rooms meet cleanliness, quality, and brand standards. The attendant also supports other housekeeping duties and responds courteously to guest requests. The stated shift is 4:30–9:00 p.m., with open availability required.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and consistent focus on guest service and quality standards.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 20 pounds, and climbing stairs.
• Professionalism, trustworthiness, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable availability for evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as required; open availability is required.
• Effective English communication skills and ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

• Previous housekeeping experience, ideally in a hotel or hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare guest rooms for a restful stay by performing evening turndown service, tidying spaces, refreshing bathrooms, and replenishing amenities.
• Remove used linens, towels, trash, and recyclables in accordance with the hotel’s sustainability and green initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming guest environment while respecting guest privacy and personal belongings.
• Conduct visual inspections of rooms to ensure cleanliness, quality, and brand standards are met.
• Assist with Room Attendant and other housekeeping duties as needed to support daily operations.
• Respond promptly and courteously to special guest requests, providing friendly and efficient service.
• Work independently or collaboratively with team members to complete assignments effectively.
