Turndown Attendant
About The Position
The Turndown Attendant at Hotel Bel-Air provides turndown service and prepares guest rooms for the night. Duties include changing linens in bathrooms, bedrooms, and on rollaway beds; cleaning rooms; and replenishing amenities and supplies. The attendant also fulfills special guest requests involving linens, bedsheets, pillows, beds, or special occasions, coordinating with other departments and personnel as needed. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication and customer service skills, and comfortable communication in English. Employees work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, to meet hotel needs. The position involves walking and standing for up to eight hours, bending, stooping and crouching, using hand, finger and wrist dexterity, and regularly lifting or moving up to 50 pounds. Compensation is $31.92 per hour.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide turndown service to hotel guests.

- Fulfill guest requests related to linens, bedsheets, pillows, beds, and special occasions.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments and personnel as necessary.
