About The Position
We are looking for a Turkish-Speaking Player Support Specialist to come and join our fast-growing team. Working remotely in Bulgaria, you'll be responsible for answering customer enquiries and supporting live gamers, via a mix of telephone, email, and online chats. Full, paid training is provided.
Requirements
- C1/C2 level of Turkish, both written and verbal
- High level of English
- Native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter
- Valid EU passport, or valid Bulgarian work permit
- Either living in Bulgaria, or willing to relocate there
