About The Position

This role is responsible for operating the Stratatec Tufting Machine and maintaining accurate records of production and downtime during their shift. The operator will monitor carpet quality, navigate SAP and Barco systems, and work effectively within a team environment. Key tasks include mending, adhering to WCM Philosophies, efficiently running knots, changing backing, creating roll tickets, doffing rolls, and maintaining the cleanliness of their work area. Additional duties may be assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Ability to bend, pull, and lift
• Ability to see and thread multiple colors
• Ability to read, write, and do basic math
• Knowledge of air splicer
• Ability to understand graphic patterns
• Ability to tie weaver's knot
• Prior experience operating a tufting machine with all ends controlled by servos
