Tufting Creeler Operator| Sunday - Thursday
About The Position
Shaw Industries is looking to hire and train Creeler Operators who will play an important role in the manufacture and distribution of a variety of flooring solutions for our residential and commercial customers. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, interested in learning various skills, and who enjoy problem-solving. Requirements
- Prior manufacturing experience is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Give Tufting machine operator breaks.
- Help with Backing Changes.
- Creel machines.
- Help catch blow backs.
- Help doff rolls.
- Help run knots for creel changes.
- Help thread machines.
