Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Friendly, guest-focused attitude and strong communication skills
Commitment to safety, teamwork, and following procedures
Ability to work outdoors in all winter weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active throughout the day
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak winter periods

Responsibilities

Greet guests and help set the tone for an upbeat tubing experience
Operate and monitor conveyor lifts safely, following all training and operating standards
Monitor tubing lanes and guest activity to help maintain a safe, steady flow
Assist guests with loading, unloading, and understanding operating guidelines
Adapt to changing weather and surface conditions throughout the day
Assist with daily setup, maintenance, and closing procedures
Work closely with teammates and other departments to deliver excellent guest service
