About The Position

Woodward Park City is seeking a Tubing Operator to join their team for the Winter 2026-2027 season. This role is responsible for ensuring guests have a safe and exciting winter tubing experience. The Tubing Operator will be involved in welcoming guests, supporting daily operations, and maintaining the smooth running of the tubing hill. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy being outdoors, staying active, working with a team, and contributing to a positive guest experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Friendly, guest-focused attitude and strong communication skills
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and following procedures
• Ability to work outdoors in all winter weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active throughout the day
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak winter periods

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help set the tone for an upbeat tubing experience
• Operate and monitor conveyor lifts safely, following all training and operating standards
• Monitor tubing lanes and guest activity to help maintain a safe, steady flow
• Assist guests with loading, unloading, and understanding operating guidelines
• Adapt to changing weather and surface conditions throughout the day
• Assist with daily setup, maintenance, and closing procedures
• Work closely with teammates and other departments to deliver excellent guest service
