About The Position

This role offers an opportunity to join a growing practice group at a well-established Silicon Valley law firm. The attorney will handle substantive trust and estate litigation matters with increasing autonomy and collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and preparation. The role includes direct client interaction and opportunities to develop client relationships.

The position is based in San Jose, Pleasanton, or San Mateo, California, in the San Francisco Bay Area. It is hybrid, with flexibility available and a preference for in-office presence where the trust and estate group is primarily based. Compensation is listed as a base salary of $175,000–$225,000. The role seeks an attorney with 4–6 years of experience and active California bar admission.

Requirements

• Currently practicing trust and estate litigation.
• Experience litigating probate and trust disputes.
• Experience representing trustees or beneficiaries.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in California.
• Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach.
• 4–6 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle substantive trust and estate litigation matters.
• Represent seniors and their families in elder abuse litigation.
• Represent trustees, executors, and beneficiaries in litigation.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and preparation.
• Develop client relationships through direct interaction.
