About The Position
The firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing team in Chicago. This on-site role offers the opportunity to advocate for accident victims and handle high-value personal injury cases. The position requires five days per week in the office and pays a base salary of $115,000 to $185,000.
Requirements
- Plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
- At least three civil jury trials taken to verdict.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Active bar admission in Illinois.
- Strong knowledge of Illinois personal injury laws and procedures.
- Experience drafting discovery motions and oppositions to motions for summary judgment.
Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases from filing through resolution.
- Conduct thorough case investigations concerning liability and damages.
- Draft, file, and argue key litigation documents.
- Collaborate with legal professionals on case strategy.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients.
