Rosenblum Law is seeking a mid-level estate planning attorney to lead draft review and help build the systems and team supporting its growing estate planning practice. The firm’s paralegal team prepares initial drafts, while the attorney review team checks plans for legal accuracy, internal consistency, and alignment with clients’ goals. The role focuses on reviewing and improving estate plans rather than generating business or managing a full consultation calendar. The attorney will establish drafting and review standards, develop checklists and processes, coach and help hire attorneys, paralegals, and drafters, handle complex drafting and escalations, and work with firm leadership to expand the practice’s planning strategies and legal infrastructure. The position may also involve strategy sessions and signing ceremonies. The role is full-time and in-office in Clifton, New Jersey, with predictable hours and a stated expectation that attorneys rarely take work home. The advertised base salary is $150,000 to $200,000, based on experience, with a performance bonus of up to 25% of base salary. Additional origination bonuses are available for matters the attorney personally brings in, excluding firm-generated leads. The role offers a path to Senior Review Attorney and department leadership, with compensation reviews at each step.
