•Onsite

About The Position

Rosenblum Law is seeking a mid-level estate planning attorney to lead review of estate-planning documents and help build the systems and team supporting its growing practice. The attorney will review work initially prepared by paralegals, establish drafting and review standards, oversee and develop attorney reviewers, address complex matters, and improve the practice’s templates, processes, and legal infrastructure. The role focuses on high-value document review rather than business development or a full consultation calendar, while offering opportunities to contribute to strategy sessions and signing ceremonies as needed. The position is full-time and in office at Rosenblum Law’s Clifton, New Jersey location. The firm describes the schedule as predictable, with attorneys rarely taking work home. The listed base salary is $150,000–$200,000, based on experience, plus a performance bonus of up to 25% of base salary and origination bonuses on personally sourced matters (excluding firm-generated leads). The firm describes advancement opportunities to Senior Review Attorney in 24–36 months and department leadership in 36 months, with compensation reviews accompanying advancement.
