About The Position

A leading boutique law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a defense-side Litigation Attorney who wants meaningful responsibility and a path to advancement. The attorney will represent clients in a variety of litigation matters, including real estate and eminent domain disputes, and handle cases from inception through resolution. The role involves working independently and as part of a close-knit legal team.

Requirements

Active California Bar license in good standing.
At least three years of defense litigation experience.
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills, including the ability to draft clear, persuasive legal documents.
Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Three to nine years of defense litigation experience is preferred.
Experience in real estate and eminent domain law is a plus.
Public entity law experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in defense-side litigation matters, including real estate and eminent domain disputes.
Conduct legal research.
Draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda.
Manage discovery from start to finish.
Handle cases from inception through resolution, including depositions and trial preparation.
Work independently and as part of a close-knit legal team.
