About The Position

Kanner & Pintaluga is a law firm founded in 2003 that has recovered over $1 billion for property damage and personal injury clients nationwide. The firm has nearly 100 lawyers and more than 30 offices throughout the Central and Southeastern United States.

The Litigation Attorney works to ensure clients receive attentive care and strong results. The attorney meets with clients to discuss their cases, demonstrates compassion and empathy, and earns their trust, confidence, and respect. The role also involves updating clients and communicating with insurance companies about the status of claims, demands, and offers. The attorney prepares cases for trial and tries cases when needed.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Three to five years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Member of the Georgia Bar in good standing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Superb negotiation skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently in an office environment.
• Team-oriented.

Responsibilities
