About The Position

Pape’ Kenworth is seeking an Entry Truck Technician to join their team in Redmond, OR. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals eager to start a career in the diesel and heavy truck industry. The technician will perform basic repairs and maintenance on medium and heavy-duty class 7 & 8 trucks, including troubleshooting, diagnosing problems, and making necessary repairs in a timely and efficient manner. The goal is to support customers, maximize their uptime, and build the technician's skills and experience. The position offers comprehensive dealer-supported education and training, working alongside experienced technicians to develop practical skills in maintenance, inspection, and repair of heavy-duty trucks and related equipment.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of automotive or diesel trucks.
• One or more years of experience working on vehicles, or a Diesel Tech Degree in lieu of experience.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
