About The Position

Qualified Diesel Truck Mechanics are needed for a busy, clean, polished, and equipped truck shop in Fort Myers, Florida. The role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing diesel trucks, trailers, and related systems. Diagnostic and internal engine experience is preferred. Compensation is $35.00–$55.00 per hour to start, based on experience and training, with hourly and flat-rate options available. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on day shift. Overtime is not required, and work-life balance is highly respected.

Requirements

• Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing diesel trucks and trailers.
• Experience with trucks or equipment from manufacturers including Hino, Ottawa Trucks, East, Pitts, Dorsey Trailers, Peterbilt, Kenworth, Freightliner, Volvo, Cummins, and Detroit.
• Knowledge of truck systems including engines, air conditioning, electrical, exhaust, brakes, and axles.
• Be knowledgeable, reliable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities
