The Idealease Account & Rental Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key customer relationships, and overseeing the full lifecycle of both contract leasing and rental operations. Reporting to the Idealease General Manager, this role combines strategic sales leadership with handson operational management to support company profitability, customer satisfaction, and departmental efficiency. The Account & Rental Manager leads the acquisition of new contract, addon, and renewal business; manages a portfolio of existing customers; and executes targeted sales and marketing plans for both the lease/maintenance and rental divisions. This position develops and maintains a structured prospecting process, manages CRM data integrity, prepares sales forecasts, and delivers regular sales reporting. In addition to sales responsibilities, the role oversees daily rental department operations, ensuring rental revenue goals, fleet utilization targets, and margin objectives are consistently achieved. The manager establishes and maintains operational policies, oversees equipment checkin/checkout processes, ensures compliance with company and DOT standards, manages rental billing accuracy, and maintains customer files, insurance documents, and utilization reporting.
