About The Position

Pape’ Truck Leasing, a premier medium and heavy-duty truck and equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a heavy-duty truck salesperson. This is a high-impact, growth-driven outside sales role with uncapped earning potential and unlimited opportunities for success. The position involves taking ownership of a territory, focusing on lease and rental sales for both new and used Class 8 heavy-duty and Class 6/7 medium-duty trucks. The role centers on expanding market share, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term, value-driven relationships with customers throughout Washington State. The successful candidate will manage their territory with autonomy, connecting with both new and existing customers, and becoming a trusted partner in their business success. Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in a commission based role
  • Must have experience with leasing and rental sales
  • Excellent customer relations skills and experience building long term customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM system
  • Driver’s license with a good driving record
