About The Position
The Truck Gate Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for the client by observing and reporting activities and incidents at an assigned site. The role includes actively monitoring the premises and patrolling locations, preserving order, and enforcing client-site regulations and directives concerning personnel, visitors, and the area. Officers may also provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and customers. No prior experience is necessary; training is provided.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Pass a drug screen and background check.
- Meet and continue to meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards.
- Meet the physical requirements, including frequent sitting, standing, and walking, potentially for long periods; climbing stairs; walking on inclines and uneven terrain; frequent lifting or moving up to 10 pounds; and occasional lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
