Requirements

• Valid California BSIS Guard Card (must be current and in good standing)
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Completion of required 40-hour BSIS training, including proof of certification
• Resume detailing relevant work experience and qualifications
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (if applicable)
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Ability to follow post orders, SOPs, and company policies
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

Responsibilities

• Control entrances and manage traffic
• Patrol buildings and surrounding areas
• Escort personnel and materials
• Conduct inspections of security and fire exposures
• Complete Daily Activity and Incident Reports
• Respond to alarms and emergencies
• Communicate daily with supervisors
