Truck Driving Job - CDL A LOCAL POSITION
About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated CDL A Truck Driver for a local position with a focus on no-touch freight and daily home time. This role offers an average weekly pay of $1,200 with an annual potential of up to $70,000. Drivers will benefit from a $2,500 sign-on bonus, paid in installments over six months. The schedule involves a rotating 6 days worked/34-hour restart followed by 5 days worked/2 days off, ensuring drivers are home every day. The average mileage is 1,250 miles per week, with 1-3 routes per day and 1-3 stops per trip. Occasional 10-hour breaks on the road may be required. The running area includes SC, NC, TN, and VA, within a 300-mile radius of the Walmart Henderson DC.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 months CDL-A experience.
- Ability to pass a hair follicle drug test.
- Clean MVR.
- No SAP.
- Must have personal transportation to and from the DC daily.
- Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Operate a CDL A truck for local routes.
- Perform no-touch freight duties.
- Complete 1-3 routes per day with 1-3 stops per trip.
- Adhere to a rotating schedule of 6 days worked/34-hour restart, then 5 days worked/2 days off.
