About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated CDL A Local Truck Driver to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to be home daily, with an average weekly earning of $1,500, and top earners averaging $1,800+ weekly. The role involves a mix of drop and hook, and unloading freight using electric pallet jacks. You will be delivering dry van and refrigerated freight to Kroger stores across OH, IN, and KY, covering an average of 200-300 miles per day with 3-5 loads and 5-7 stops daily. Additional pay is provided for stops, unloads, backhauls, and pallet restacking.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 months of CDL-A experience.
- Must be able to pass a hair follicle drug test.
- Clean MVR.
- No SAP.
- Weekend and holiday availability required.
Responsibilities
- Transport dry van and refrigerated freight to Kroger stores in OH, IN & KY.
- Perform 70% drop and hook operations.
- Unload 30% of freight from trailer into back rooms of stores using electric pallet jacks.
- Complete an average of 3-5 loads per day with 5-7 stops per load.
- Operate within an average of 200-300 miles per day.
- Be available for weekend and holiday work as required.
