About The Position

This is a local CDL A truck driving position where drivers are home daily. The role involves delivering dry van and refrigerated freight to Kroger stores in OH, IN & KY. Drivers will average 200-300 miles per day, handling 3-5 loads with 5-7 stops daily. Approximately 70% of the work involves drop and hook, while 30% requires unloading freight from the trailer into the back room of stores using electric pallet jacks.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months CDL-A experience.
• Must be able to pass a hair follicle drug test.
• Clean MVR.
• No SAP.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dry van and refrigerated freight to Kroger stores in OH, IN & KY.
• Operate electric pallet jacks to unload freight into store back rooms.
• Handle drop and hook operations.
• Complete an average of 3-5 loads with 5-7 stops per day.
• Drive an average of 200-300 miles per day.
