About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated CDL A Local Truck Driver to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to be home daily while delivering dry van and refrigerated freight to Kroger stores in OH, IN & KY. Drivers will average 200-300 miles per day, handling an average of 3-5 loads with 5-7 stops daily. The role involves 70% drop and hook and 30% unloading from the trailer into the back room of stores using electric pallet jacks.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months CDL-A experience.
• Must be able to pass a hair follicle drug test.
• Clean MVR.
• No SAP.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dry van and refrigerated freight to Kroger stores in OH, IN & KY.
• Operate a CDL A truck.
• Perform 70% drop and hook operations.
• Unload freight from trailer into the back room of stores using electric pallet jacks for 30% of the time.
• Complete an average of 3-5 loads per day with 5-7 stops per load.
• Drive an average of 200-300 miles per day.
• Be available for weekend and holiday work.

Benefits

• Home daily
• Additional Pay: $20 per stop, $37 per unload, $20 per backhaul, $25 per pallet restack
• Average $1,500 per week (Top earners average $1,800+ weekly)
