About The Position

Bob’s Discount Furniture is hiring a safety-focused company driver for regional routes. Drivers are home weekly and earn $26.00–$28.00 per hour, with pay based on experience. The role offers consistent year-round work, an average of 500 miles per night, safety bonuses, and runs that are 100% drop-and-hook with no-touch freight. Evening and nighttime runs are scheduled to take advantage of lighter traffic. Drivers operate up-to-date equipment and are supported by an experienced management team.

The driver operates a tractor with a 53-foot van trailer on roads and highways throughout designated regions, delivering from distribution centers to stores and depots. The position requires maintaining ELD records, vehicle condition reports, and other DOT compliance, as well as staying current on DOT rules and regulations.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL license.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents and no alcohol or drug convictions.
• Ability to communicate proactively and effectively, comprehend and communicate detailed instructions, read and write, and understand commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures required by the position.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of all-weather driving experience is preferred.
