About The Position
Drive a dedicated, continuous coast-to-coast loop from Chino, California, to Dallas, Texas, to Cherokee, Alabama, and back to Chino. The route carries 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook retail freight on a pre-scheduled, single-account lane. Drivers average 2,500–2,600 miles per week and are out for two weeks before spending two full days at home. The position offers company-driver W-2 pay of $0.65 per mile, with estimated average weekly gross pay of $1,625–$1,690 and estimated annual pay of $84,500–$87,800. A lease-purchase option pays $1.45 per mile plus fuel surcharge. A $500 transition bonus is offered. W-2 drivers receive a health benefits package and access to a guaranteed high-mileage dedicated lane year-round.
Requirements
- Hold an active Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- Have at least 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
- Reside in the greater Cherokee, AL hiring area.
- Have a valid DOT Medical Card and a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Drive the dedicated loop between Chino, CA, Dallas, TX, Cherokee, AL, and Chino, CA.
- Transport retail freight using drop-and-hook procedures.
