About The Position

Lakin Tire East, a Liberty Tire Recycling company, is seeking a Class A Driver to run drop-and-hook routes from its facility in West Haven, Connecticut. Routes service depots in Albany, New York; Lakewood, New Jersey; and Cherry Hill, New Jersey. The position is on second shift, Monday through Friday, with some required Saturdays. Start time is flexible between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. The driver performs daily equipment inspections in accordance with DOT regulations, works in varying weather conditions, and attends Transportation Safety Meetings. A CDL Class A license and at least six months of experience are required. Drivers must maintain a clean driving record that meets DOT standards and complete a DOT physical and drug test. Compensation is $70,000–$80,000 annually, paid weekly. Overtime is paid after 40 hours. Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off. Requirements

CDL Class A license.
At least 6 months of experience.
Maintain a clean driving record that aligns with DOT standards.
