Truck Accessories & Automotive Sales Specialist
About The Position
Precision Off Road is hiring an experienced salesperson in Leesburg, Florida, to sell truck accessories and automotive services. The company has served Central Florida since 2003, specializing in custom truck builds, lift kits, suspension upgrades, wheels, tyres, aftermarket accessories, automotive repairs, alignments, maintenance, and diesel performance upgrades. The role is for someone with strong truck and aftermarket product knowledge who enjoys helping customers build and maintain their vehicles. Compensation is a $1,000 weekly base salary plus uncapped commission based on sales performance and gross profit. Target annual earnings are $80,000–$120,000, depending on performance. Shortlisted applicants may complete a technical knowledge and sales assessment.
Requirements
- Proven experience selling lift kits, wheels, tyres, and aftermarket truck accessories.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle fitments, offsets, backspacing, tyre sizing, and suspension compatibility.
- Ability to build and quote complete lift, wheel, and tyre packages.
- Experience closing sales and managing customer relationships.
- A genuine passion for trucks, 4x4 vehicles, and the aftermarket industry.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive repair sales or service advising experience is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Tekmetric or similar shop management software.
Responsibilities
- Sell lift kits, wheels, tyres, suspension upgrades, and complete truck accessory packages.
- Advise customers on automotive repairs, maintenance, and recommended services.
- Prepare accurate quotes covering parts and installation labour.
- Review vehicle inspection findings and explain repair recommendations.
- Follow up on enquiries, outstanding estimates, and existing customers.
- Work with technicians and management to deliver excellent customer service.
- Meet sales and gross profit targets.
