About The Position

This role is responsible for the cleaning of trolleys, rods, and rod baskets. The position requires adherence to safety guidelines, GMPs, and USDA regulations. The employee will also be involved in training documentation, supporting various company initiatives (CPS activities), and SAP documentation. The job involves working in a steamy, wet, and humid environment, with tasks requiring bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching.

Requirements

Safety is the #1 responsibility.
Follow all GMP’s and USDA guidelines
Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed
Good math skills necessary for the tracking of the different blends
Good reading comprehensive and the ability to follow blend requirements
Most tasks require bending, lifting, working in steamy areas, pushing, pulling and reaching.
Ability to lift a smoke stick product (up to 35 lbs) 4 feet high onto the rack.
Ability to work in a continually wet area.
Ability to work in a humid area

Responsibilities

Properly complete required paperwork on a daily basis per Quality guidelines
Participate in the development, implementation and sustaining (CSD) of training documentation for all team members.
Support CPS activities to include but not limited to: Safety, Quality, BOS, 5S, CIL, Centerline, Equipment Ownership, Area Ownership, Team Participation, and CSD etc.
Responsible for any other tasks/duties as directed by your Supervisor/Line Lead/Cell Lead
SAP documentation
Adhere to all PPE guidelines for the Trolley Wash area
Responsible for appropriately mixing trolley wash chemicals
Responsible for washing trolley’s, rods and rod baskets
