About The Position

This role is responsible for washing trolleys, rods, and rod baskets. It requires adherence to GMP and USDA guidelines, proper completion of paperwork, and participation in training documentation development. The position also supports various Continuous Process Improvement (CPS) activities and requires SAP documentation. Safety is the top priority, and all PPE guidelines for the Trolley Wash area must be followed. The role involves mixing trolley wash chemicals and performing tasks that may include bending, lifting up to 35 lbs, working in steamy and wet areas, pushing, pulling, and reaching.

Requirements

Safety is the #1 responsibility.
Follow all GMP’s and USDA guidelines
Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed
Good math skills necessary for the tracking of the different blends
Good reading comprehensive and the ability to follow blend requirements
Most tasks require bending, lifting, working in steamy areas, pushing, pulling and reaching.
Ability to lift a smoke stick product (up to 35 lbs) 4 feet high onto the rack.
Ability to work in a continually wet area.
Ability to work in a humid area

Responsibilities

Properly complete required paperwork on a daily basis per Quality guidelines
Participate in the development, implementation and sustaining (CSD) of training documentation for all team members.
Support CPS activities to include but not limited to: Safety, Quality, BOS, 5S, CIL, Centerline, Equipment Ownership, Area Ownership, Team Participation, and CSD etc.
SAP documentation
Adhere to all PPE guidelines for the Trolley Wash area
Responsible for appropriately mixing trolley wash chemicals
Responsible for washing trolleys, rods and rod baskets
