About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of trolleys, rods, and rod baskets according to GMP and USDA guidelines. The position involves meticulous documentation, adherence to safety protocols, and participation in team-based improvement activities. The job requires physical stamina and the ability to work in challenging environmental conditions.

Requirements

• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Good math skills necessary for the tracking of the different blends
• Good reading comprehensive and the ability to follow blend requirements
• Most tasks require bending, lifting, working in steamy areas, pushing, pulling and reaching.
• Ability to lift a smoke stick product (up to 35 lbs) 4 feet high onto the rack.
• Ability to work in a continually wet area.
• Ability to work in a humid area

Responsibilities

• Follow all GMP’s and USDA guidelines
• Properly complete required paperwork on a daily basis per Quality guidelines
• Participate in the development, implementation and sustaining (CSD) of training documentation for all team members.
• Support CPS activities to include but not limited to: Safety, Quality, BOS, 5S, CIL, Centerline, Equipment Ownership, Area Ownership, Team Participation, and CSD etc.
• SAP documentation
• Adhere to all PPE guidelines for the Trolley Wash area
• Responsible for appropriately mixing trolley wash chemicals
• Responsible for washing trolleys, rods and rod baskets
